iROCK! benefits from the support of individual donors , private sector partners, trusts, institutions, foundations who give their time, expertise and funding to ensure that we can continue our work. Without the help of our committed donors and partners, we would not reach as many young people as we do.
Investing with iROCK
Your philanthropic support will have a measurable impact, not only in improving the lives of the mentees, but on the economy as a whole, as the untapped potential in these young lives is released. Our participants are five times more likely to end up Not in Employment, Education or Training (NEET) and your support with help to move them towards the path of employment or entrepreneurship.
Our target is to get have at least 50% of the alumni from our mentoring programs, setting up their own successful enterprises or become gainfully employed.
We support innovation and will contribute to encourage the expansion of a global enterprising young community who will create jobs and sustain the economies across the world.
We will observe Value for Money principles with the funding we receive, ensuring that a large percentage of expenditure is on front line activities and there is minimum spend on overheads.
Our iMentor Programme works with individuals or corporations who nominate staff members to serve as mentors to aspiring young executives or entrepreneurs. These partners play a vital role in enabling mentees to gain economic independence and have a more influential voice in their communities.
By embedding the iROCK! mentoring scheme into their leadership, CSR and global citizenship programmes, corporations can provide a learning and growth opportunity for their employees who serve as mentors. Employees who are mentors will have the opportunity to develop their communication, leadership and coaching skills, which could feed into their career development plans.
Major donors are crucial to iROCK!’s goal of creating the next generation of business leaders and successful entrepreneurs. Your investment as a leading supporter of iROCK’s mentorship program can ensure that the young people on our programs receive well-rounded support with an emphasis on practical, work related learning.
